HANJIN BUYING GUIDE

OEM & Private Label Electric Motorcycle Guide

Private-label projects work best when branding and technical requirements are defined before production. This guide outlines the information buyers should prepare.

OEM and ODM can mean different things to different buyers. Start by separating branding changes from technical configuration changes and confirm each requirement in writing.

Prepare your brand materials

Provide a usable logo file and identify the requested logo positions. Confirm the spelling, size and placement before production. Packaging or label requirements should be listed separately.

Define the technical configuration

Specify motor power, controller, battery requirements, tires, braking system and required accessories. Do not assume a branding request automatically includes technical changes.

Approve the specification

For customized orders, use a written specification sheet, sample or other agreed approval method. Any changes after approval should be documented because they may affect cost or production.

Confirm order quantity and quotation

Customization cost can depend on the model, requested changes and quantity. Provide the expected quantity per model so the supplier can calculate a more relevant quotation.

Keep repeat-order records

Save the approved logo artwork, configuration and order documents. This creates a clear reference when you reorder the same private-label model.
